The collection sites begin according to the approved operational sequence from:
1. Tripoli – Tajoura Area
2. Sabratha City
3. Misrata City
4. Benghazi City
5. Brega City
These sites are used as collection and primary sorting points, where equipped vehicles carry out suction and transport operations according to strict technical and environmental procedures, before sending the oils and petroleum materials to the company's main plant located in the Industrial Zone – Sidi Al-Saih, where final processing and recycling operations are conducted according to approved standards.
